This work without title by Rodolfo Morales was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Auction auction at Sothebys in New York in May 2018. The »bidding war« ended at USD 275,000.00 (€ 235,646.96), 57% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Rodolfo Morales; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Procession sold at auction in November 2019 with the realized price of USD 275,000.00 (€ 249,568.93).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Rodolfo Morales wurde im Mai 2018 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 275.000,00 (€ 235.646,96) und damit 57% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Rodolfo Morales; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Procession im November 2019 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 275.000,00 (€ 249.568,93).
