This artwork by Rodolfo Morales achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in March last year. In the Latin American Art auction, the work Vuelo a México sold for USD 113,400.00 (€ 102,226.63) - well above the upper estimate of USD 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Rodolfo Morales - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Procession, which sold at auction in November 2019 for USD 275,000.00 (€ 249,568.93).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Rodolfo Morales erzielte im März letzten Jahres bei Christies in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Latin American Art wurde die Arbeit Vuelo a México für USD 113.400,00 (€ 102.226,63) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 60.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Rodolfo Morales mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Procession beobachtet, die im November 2019 für USD 275.000,00 (€ 249.568,93) versteigert wurde.
