A top price for Alfonso Ossorio
This artwork by Alfonso Ossorio achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in May last year. In the Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale auction, the work Nevertheless sold for USD 604,800.00 (€ 563,600.78) - well above the upper estimate of USD 300,000.00. This high result makes Nevertheless the most expensive artwork by Alfonso Ossorio that we have observed at auctions so far.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Alfonso Ossorio erzielte im Mai letzten Jahres bei Christies in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis.
