Auction result misses estimated price range

In the Contemporary Art Day Auction auction, the work Working Around The Clock To Offer You A Complete Service changed hands for GBP 5,000.00 (€ 6,993.75) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Michael Landy - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work H.2.N.Y. Tinguely Machine Erases its own Construction in 27 Minutes, which sold at auction in February 2015 for GBP 18,750.00 (€ 25,853.47).
