In March 2018 Christies in New York held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art, which included the work Lecturer by Huma Bhabha. The »bidding war« ended at USD 75,000.00 (€ 60,876.62), 50% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Huma Bhabha - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled , which sold at auction in March 2019 for USD 200,000.00 (€ 178,126.11).

Im März 2018 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lecturer von Huma Bhabha zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 75.000,00 (€ 60.876,62) und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Huma Bhabha mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled beobachtet, die im März 2019 für USD 200.000,00 (€ 178.126,11) versteigert wurde.
