Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Huma Bhabha was auctioned at Christies in New York in November 2021. It changed hands for a price of USD 18,750.00 (€ 16,612.03) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huma Bhabha achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled in March 2019 with an auction result of USD 200,000.00 (€ 178,126.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Huma Bhabha kam im November 2021 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 18.750,00 (€ 16.612,03) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huma Bhabha erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 200.000,00 (€ 178.126,11).
