Artwork auctioned at four times the upper estimate price
This work without title by Huma Bhabha was worth GBP 21,250.00 (€ 23,702.76) to a buyer in July 2020. This price was achieved in the auction New Now at Phillips in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Huma Bhabha have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled in March 2019 with an auction result of USD 200,000.00 (€ 178,126.11).
Kunstwerk zum Vierfachen des oberen Schätzpreises versteigert
Die Arbeit ohne Titel von Huma Bhabha war einem Käufer im Juli 2020 GBP 21.250,00 (€ 23.702,76) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in London erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Huma Bhabha auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 200.000,00 (€ 178.126,11).
