All signed and numbered 40/60 in pencil (there were also 10 artists proofs), published by Landfall Press Inc., Chicago (with their inkstamp on the reverse).

Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2020 Phillips in New York held the auction Editions & Works on Paper, which included the work Six Lithographs by H. C. Westermann. The price achieved of USD 10,080.00 (€ 8,654.59) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by H. C. Westermann achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rosebud in May 2016 with an auction result of USD 137,000.00 (€ 123,035.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2020 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Editions & Works on Paper durch, in der auch die Arbeit Six Lithographs von H. C. Westermann zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 10.080,00 (€ 8.654,59) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von H. C. Westermann erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Rosebud im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 137.000,00 (€ 123.035,47).
