In the Post-War and Contemporary Art Morning Session auction, the work Rosebud sold for USD 137,000.00 (€ 123,035.47) - well above the upper estimate of USD 70,000.00. This high result makes Rosebud the most expensive artwork by H. C. Westermann that we have observed at auctions so far.
