The work You've Got to Show Me How to Do It by Llyn Foulkes was worth USD 27,720.00 (€ 25,831.70) to a buyer in May last year. This price was achieved in the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale at Christies in New York and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of USD 7,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Llyn Foulkes have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work My Last Chance in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 112,500.00 (€ 106,513.92).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Christies in New York erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Llyn Foulkes auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit My Last Chance im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 112.500,00 (€ 106.513,92).
