Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2020 Phillips in New York held the auction Editions & Works on Paper, which included the work Jewish New Year by Grisha Bruskin. The price achieved of USD 756.00 (€ 649.09) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 600.00 – 900.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Grisha Bruskin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Logies, Part I in November 2000 with an auction result of USD 424,000.00 (€ 487,692.66).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2020 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Editions & Works on Paper durch, in der auch die Arbeit Jewish New Year von Grisha Bruskin zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 756,00 (€ 649,09) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 600,00 – 900,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Grisha Bruskin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Logies, Part I im November 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 424.000,00 (€ 487.692,66).
