Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Message S.S., 1989 by Grisha Bruskin was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in September last year. The price achieved of USD 5,355.00 (€ 5,473.78) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Grisha Bruskin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Logies, Part I in November 2000 with an auction result of USD 424,000.00 (€ 487,692.66).
