Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Message S.S., 1989 by Grisha Bruskin was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in September last year. The price achieved of USD 5,355.00 (€ 5,473.78) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Grisha Bruskin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Logies, Part I in November 2000 with an auction result of USD 424,000.00 (€ 487,692.66).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Message S.S., 1989 von Grisha Bruskin kam im September letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.355,00 (€ 5.473,78) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Grisha Bruskin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Logies, Part I im November 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 424.000,00 (€ 487.692,66).
