Auction result misses estimated price range
In July this year a collector was able to acquire the work Metamorphoses by Grisha Bruskin for GBP 1,260.00 (€ 1,470.04). This price was achieved in the auction First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online at Christies in Paris and was even below the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Grisha Bruskin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Logies, Part I in November 2000 with an auction result of USD 424,000.00 (€ 487,692.66).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Metamorphoses von Grisha Bruskin für GBP 1.260,00 (€ 1.470,04) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online bei Christies in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Grisha Bruskin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Logies, Part I im November 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 424.000,00 (€ 487.692,66).
