Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Memorial by Grisha Bruskin was sold in the Russian Art auction at Christies in June 2021. The price achieved of GBP 68,750.00 (€ 80,111.62) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Grisha Bruskin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Logies, Part I in November 2000 with an auction result of USD 424,000.00 (€ 487,692.66).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Memorial von Grisha Bruskin wurde im Juni 2021 in der Auktion Russian Art bei Christies versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 80.111,62) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Grisha Bruskin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Logies, Part I im November 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 424.000,00 (€ 487.692,66).
