Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Notes DD by Grisha Bruskin was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 5,040.00 (€ 4,353.46) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Grisha Bruskin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Logies, Part I in November 2000 with an auction result of USD 424,000.00 (€ 487,692.66).
