A top price for Frank Moore - as previously expected
In March 2018 Christies in New York held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art, which included the work Patient by Frank Moore. The price achieved of USD 62,500.00 (€ 50,730.52) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Patient is the most expensive artwork by Frank Moore that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im März 2018 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Patient von Frank Moore zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 62.500,00 (€ 50.730,52) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Patient das teuerste Kunstwerk von Frank Moore, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
