It achieved a price of USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,348.94), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Admittedly, works by Frank Moore have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Patient in March 2018 with an auction result of USD 62,500.00 (€ 50,730.52).

Die Arbeit Study for "Niagara" von Frank Moore kam im September 2017 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 6.348,94) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Frank Moore auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Patient im März 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 62.500,00 (€ 50.730,52).
