It achieved a price of USD 6,000.00 (€ 5,608.52), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Admittedly, works by Christian Holstad have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Maid's Chariot in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 34,800.00 (€ 25,867.84).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 6.000,00 (€ 5.608,52) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Christian Holstad auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Maid's Chariot im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 34.800,00 (€ 25.867,84).
