Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Nom by Ayan Farah was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Auction auction at Sothebys in London in October 2015. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 10,490.63) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Other works by Ayan Farah have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2015 the work Saline was auctioned for GBP 9,375.00 (€ 12,874.04).

Die Arbeit Nom von Ayan Farah wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 10.490,63) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Ayan Farah konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2015 die Arbeit Saline für GBP 9.375,00 (€ 12.874,04) versteigert.
