This work without title by Shibu Natesan was auctioned at Sothebys in London in February 2008. It achieved a price of GBP 42,500.00 (€ 55,588.33), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 42%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Shibu Natesan - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Stand Alone, which sold at auction in September 2006 for USD 198,000.00 (€ 156,065.26).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Shibu Natesan kam im Februar 2008 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 42.500,00 (€ 55.588,33) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 42%. Für andere Arbeiten von Shibu Natesan mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Stand Alone beobachtet, die im September 2006 für USD 198.000,00 (€ 156.065,26) versteigert wurde.
