In May last year Christies in New York held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work No title (black hat) by Robert Therrien. The »bidding war« ended at USD 44,100.00 (€ 41,095.89), 47% above the upper estimate. Other works by Robert Therrien have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 64,625.00 (€ 74,332.87) in November 2000 for the work No Title.

Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Christies in New York die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit No title (black hat) von Robert Therrien zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 44.100,00 (€ 41.095,89) und damit 47% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
