The work Televised Universe by Piotr Uklański was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in May 2019. The result of USD 60,000.00 (€ 53,816.49) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Piotr Uklański achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Nazis in October 2006 with an auction result of GBP 568,000.00 (€ 848,642.61).

Die Arbeit Televised Universe von Piotr Uklański kam im Mai 2019 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 60.000,00 (€ 53.816,49) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Piotr Uklański erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Nazis im Oktober 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 568.000,00 (€ 848.642,61).
