In September 2019 Christies in New York held the auction Post-War to Present, which included the work Joan Collins (N. 411) by Patrick Nagel. The »bidding war« ended at USD 118,750.00 (€ 108,895.00), 32% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Patrick Nagel - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Kristen, which sold at auction in May 2019 for USD 300,000.00 (€ 269,082.43).

Im September 2019 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Post-War to Present durch, in der auch die Arbeit Joan Collins (N. 411) von Patrick Nagel zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 118.750,00 (€ 108.895,00) und damit 32% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Patrick Nagel mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Kristen beobachtet, die im Mai 2019 für USD 300.000,00 (€ 269.082,43) versteigert wurde.
