Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (A Tribute), 1984 by Patrick Nagel was auctioned at Christies in New York in December 2003. The price achieved of USD 4,780.00 (€ 3,794.55) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Patrick Nagel achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Kristen in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 300,000.00 (€ 269,082.43).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 4.780,00 (€ 3.794,55) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden.
