Estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2019 VAN HAM held the auction Modern, which included the work We-jesus by Kim Joon. Here, the estimate of EUR 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,354.00. Admittedly, works by Kim Joon have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Blue Fish in May 2015 with an auction result of GBP 21,875.00 (€ 30,414.89).
Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2019 führte VAN HAM die Auktion Modern durch, in der auch die Arbeit We-jesus von Kim Joon zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.354,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kim Joon auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Blue Fish im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 21.875,00 (€ 30.414,89).
