The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 14,252.45) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Ansel Krut have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2018 the work Mussels was auctioned for GBP 16,250.00 (€ 18,501.52).
