Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Little Fry-Up by Ansel Krut was auctioned at Sothebys in London in April 2020. It changed hands for a price of GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,163.44) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ansel Krut have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mussels in March 2018 with an auction result of GBP 16,250.00 (€ 18,501.52).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Little Fry-Up von Ansel Krut kam im April 2020 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.163,44) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ansel Krut auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mussels im März 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 16.250,00 (€ 18.501,52).
