A top price for Ansel Krut
In March 2018 Christies in London held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Auction, which included the work Mussels by Ansel Krut. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 16,250.00 (€ 18,501.52), 35% above the upper estimate. With this result, Mussels is even the most expensive work of art by Ansel Krut that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im März 2018 führte Christies in London die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mussels von Ansel Krut zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 16.250,00 (€ 18.501,52) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Mussels sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Ansel Krut, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
