Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Proposal 14 by Alex Olson was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Auction auction at Sothebys in London in July 2015. The price achieved of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 17,720.80) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Alex Olson have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2014 the work Circulate was auctioned for GBP 17,500.00 (€ 22,344.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Proposal 14 von Alex Olson wurde im Juli 2015 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 12.500,00 (€ 17.720,80) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Alex Olson konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2014 die Arbeit Circulate für GBP 17.500,00 (€ 22.344,97) versteigert.
