Artwork auctioned at five times the upper estimate price
This work without title by Yun Hyong-Keun was worth USD 27,500.00 (€ 24,708.00) to a buyer in July 2019. This price was achieved in the auction First Open | Online at Christies in New York and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of USD 5,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yun Hyong-Keun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Umber-Blue 7-IIII-75 in May 2016 with an auction result of HKD 4,600,000.00 (€ 531,674.90).
Kunstwerk zum Fünffachen des oberen Schätzpreises versteigert
Die Arbeit ohne Titel von Yun Hyong-Keun war einem Käufer im Juli 2019 USD 27.500,00 (€ 24.708,00) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion First Open | Online bei Christies in New York erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von USD 5.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yun Hyong-Keun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Umber-Blue 7-IIII-75 im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.600.000,00 (€ 531.674,90).
