The work UMBER-BLUE by Yun Hyong-Keun was auctioned at Christies in New York in September 2019. It achieved a price of USD 32,500.00 (€ 29,802.84), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yun Hyong-Keun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Umber-Blue 7-IIII-75 in May 2016 with an auction result of HKD 4,600,000.00 (€ 531,674.90).

Die Arbeit UMBER-BLUE von Yun Hyong-Keun kam im September 2019 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 32.500,00 (€ 29.802,84) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yun Hyong-Keun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Umber-Blue 7-IIII-75 im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.600.000,00 (€ 531.674,90).
