Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Luminor 1-30 by Stanley Casselman was auctioned at Phillips in London in April 2019. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 22,500.00 (€ 26,174.00). Admittedly, works by Stanley Casselman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work IR-40-16 in June 2015 with an auction result of GBP 134,500.00 (€ 189,643.31).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Luminor 1-30 von Stanley Casselman kam im April 2019 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 22.500,00 (€ 26.174,00) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Stanley Casselman auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit IR-40-16 im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 134.500,00 (€ 189.643,31).
