Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Series of Actresses by Slater Bradley was sold in the Contemporary Art Part II auction at Phillips in New York in May 2010. The price achieved of USD 2,500.00 (€ 2,021.18) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Slater Bradley achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ladies and Gentlemen We are Floating in Space (02) in May 2012 with an auction result of USD 32,500.00 (€ 26,285.99).
