The result of USD 4,000.00 (€ 3,626.80) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Slater Bradley have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ladies and Gentlemen We are Floating in Space (02) in May 2012 with an auction result of USD 32,500.00 (€ 26,285.99).

Die Arbeit Down the Gully von Slater Bradley kam im März 2020 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Slater Bradley auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ladies and Gentlemen We are Floating in Space (02) im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 32.500,00 (€ 26.285,99).
