This work of art by Rafael Coronel could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in November 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art Day Auction auction, the work Peregrinos Iv changed hands for USD 118,750.00 (€ 107,768.40) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 120,000.00 – 180,000.00. Despite this disappointing result, Peregrinos Iv is the most expensive artwork by Rafael Coronel that we have observed at auction so far.
