In the First Open | Online auction, the work Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (9) sold for USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,354.00) - well above the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Paul Pfeiffer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Race Riot in November 2006 with an auction result of USD 144,000.00 (€ 108,589.10).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Paul Pfeiffer erzielte im Juli 2019 bei Christies in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion First Open | Online wurde die Arbeit Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (9) für USD 13.750,00 (€ 12.354,00) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paul Pfeiffer auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Race Riot im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 144.000,00 (€ 108.589,10).
