Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Paul Pfeiffer achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in an online auction in October 2020. In the Editions Contemporary: Online Auction auction, the work Untitled, from 24 Landscapes sold for USD 1,625.00 (€ 1,395.21) - well above the upper estimate of USD 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Pfeiffer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Race Riot in November 2006 with an auction result of USD 144,000.00 (€ 108,589.10).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Paul Pfeiffer erzielte im Oktober 2020 bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Editions Contemporary: Online Auction wurde die Arbeit Untitled, from 24 Landscapes für USD 1.625,00 (€ 1.395,21) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 700,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Pfeiffer erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Race Riot im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 144.000,00 (€ 108.589,10).
