In June 2019 Grisebach held the auction Frühjahr 2019 - Third Floor, which included the work „Primitives“. by Olaf Breuning. The auction ended at the price of EUR 1,500.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Olaf Breuning have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Only One, 2001 in December 2012 with an auction result of EUR 12,227.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Juni 2019 führte Grisebach die Auktion Frühjahr 2019 - Third Floor durch, in der auch die Arbeit „Primitives“. von Olaf Breuning zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.500,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Olaf Breuning auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Only One, 2001 im Dezember 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.227,00.
