Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Le Camelot Du Roy by María Blanchard was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale auction at Sothebys in London in June 2012. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 80,000.00 – 120,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 85,250.00 (€ 105,559.80) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by María Blanchard have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le Joueur De Luth in June 2012 with an auction result of GBP 457,250.00 (€ 566,184.36).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Le Camelot Du Roy von María Blanchard wurde im Juni 2012 in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 85.250,00 (€ 105.559,80) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von María Blanchard auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le Joueur De Luth im Juni 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 457.250,00 (€ 566.184,36).
