Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Niña con manzana by María Blanchard was sold in the Impressionist and Modern Art auction at Christies in London in March 2017. The price achieved of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 14,648.77) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by María Blanchard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Joueur De Luth in June 2012 with an auction result of GBP 457,250.00 (€ 566,184.36).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Niña con manzana von María Blanchard wurde im März 2017 in der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 12.500,00 (€ 14.648,77) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von María Blanchard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Joueur De Luth im Juni 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 457.250,00 (€ 566.184,36).
