In June 2013 Sothebys in London held the auction Impressionist and Modern Day Sale Afternoon session, which included the work Jeune Assis À Table Face À Une Tasse by María Blanchard. The result of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 29,179.48) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 25,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by María Blanchard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Joueur De Luth in June 2012 with an auction result of GBP 457,250.00 (€ 566,184.36).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Juni 2013 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Day Sale Afternoon session durch, in der auch die Arbeit Jeune Assis À Table Face À Une Tasse von María Blanchard zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 29.179,48) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 25.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von María Blanchard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Joueur De Luth im Juni 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 457.250,00 (€ 566.184,36).
