Auction result misses estimated price range

In the Contemporary Curated auction, the work Untitled 21, 1:37 - 4:33 Pm, January 5, And 09:17 - 11:27 Am, January 6, 2016, Installed By Simon Bird changed hands for USD 10,625.00 (€ 8,994.33) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Julia Dault - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled 17, 11:00 Am - 4:00 Pm, January 20, 2011, which sold at auction in June 2015 for USD 22,500.00 (€ 20,172.14).
