Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hede Bühl achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Wächter in December 2020 with an auction result of EUR 81,813.00.

Die Arbeit Kopf. von Hede Bühl war einem Käufer im Juni 2015 EUR 2.000,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Auktionen 237-246 - Third Floor. Schätzwerte bis EUR 3.000 bei Grisebach erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 600,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hede Bühl erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Wächter im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 81.813,00.
