Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Maquette for Public Figures by Do-Ho Suh was sold in the First Open | Post-War and Contemporary Art | NY auction at Christies in New York in September 2016. The price achieved of USD 47,500.00 (€ 42,267.31) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Do-Ho Suh achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Some/One in November 2012 with an auction result of USD 782,500.00 (€ 601,460.42).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 47.500,00 (€ 42.267,31) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden.
