This artwork by Kwang Young Chun achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in April 2017. In the Contemporary Curated auction, the work Aggregation 06-My021 sold for GBP 67,500.00 (€ 80,157.41) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 35,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Kwang Young Chun; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Aggregation 07-De245 sold at auction in November 2013 with the realized price of HKD 1,360,000.00 (€ 128,943.11).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Kwang Young Chun erzielte im April 2017 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Curated wurde die Arbeit Aggregation 06-My021 für GBP 67.500,00 (€ 80.157,41) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 35.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Kwang Young Chun; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Aggregation 07-De245 im November 2013 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 1.360.000,00 (€ 128.943,11).
