This work without title by Alfred Leslie was auctioned at Christies in New York in March 2018. It achieved a price of USD 30,000.00 (€ 24,350.65), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alfred Leslie achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Diana in April last year with an auction result of EUR 264,600.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Alfred Leslie kam im März 2018 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 30.000,00 (€ 24.350,65) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alfred Leslie erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Diana im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 264.600,00.
