Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2012 Phillips in New York held the auction Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Coda II by Slater Bradley. The price achieved of USD 17,500.00 (€ 13,451.19) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Other works by Slater Bradley have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2012 the work Ladies and Gentlemen We are Floating in Space (02) was auctioned for USD 32,500.00 (€ 26,285.99).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2012 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Coda II von Slater Bradley zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 17.500,00 (€ 13.451,19) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Slater Bradley konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2012 die Arbeit Ladies and Gentlemen We are Floating in Space (02) für USD 32.500,00 (€ 26.285,99) versteigert.
