Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Cherry Pie; and Son of Sam by Robert Arneson was auctioned at Phillips in New York in October 2020. Here, the upper estimate of USD 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 1,512.00 (€ 1,298.19). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Arneson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Audio Visual in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 87,500.00 (€ 79,588.87).
