A top price for Robert Arneson
The work Audio Visual by Robert Arneson was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale Session II auction at Christies in New York in May 2015. Here, the upper estimate of USD 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 87,500.00 (€ 79,588.87). With this result, Audio Visual is even the most expensive work of art by Robert Arneson that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Audio Visual von Robert Arneson wurde im Mai 2015 in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale Session II bei Christies in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 87.500,00 (€ 79.588,87) einen neuen Besitzer.
