The work Hot Sauce by Ralph Goings was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Auction auction at Christies in London in March 2019. It achieved a price of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 10,881.28), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 34%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ralph Goings achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Hot Fudge Sundae Interior" in May 2014 with an auction result of SEK 3,100,000.00 (€ 339,772.73).

Die Arbeit Hot Sauce von Ralph Goings wurde im März 2019 in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Auction bei Christies in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 10.881,28) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 34%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ralph Goings erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Hot Fudge Sundae Interior" im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 3.100.000,00 (€ 339.772,73).
